Cookie bakeware pans are very useful in the kitchen. Chefs use them to bake biscuits and bread, make cakes, and cook other foods.
Baking pans of different materials have different thermal conductivity, and the material of the bakeware plays a vital role in the heat conduction process of baking. Bakeware is divided into carbon steel bakeware, stainless baking pan, metal baking pan, and non metal baking pan according to its material.
These bakeware have a wide range of uses, but they also tend to accumulate certain types of residues on the surface. So how do we clean and maintain cookware and bakeware?
1. Use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Sprinkle baking soda on the baking sheet pan. First, get some baking soda from your pantry. Sprinkle a thin layer on the baking sheet. Make sure that the entire surface of the dish is covered with a layer of baking soda. After adding the baking soda, pour a layer of hydrogen peroxide on top of the baking soda. If you do not have hydrogen peroxide, you can buy it at any pharmacy.
2. Add the second layer of baking soda and sprinkle another layer of baking soda on the baking sheet. Make sure to cover the entire surface with a light dust of baking soda. This will ensure that the bakeware is clean. Let the mixture sit for two hours.
Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide need to be immersed in the flakes to break down dirt and debris. Leave it for about two hours. Put it on a flat surface without interference. If you have children or pets, please keep baking pan with dividers in a safe place.
3. Wipe your pot. Use a rough sponge or rag to wipe the baking soda and hydrogen peroxide from the pot. After soaking pan with detachable handles, it is easy to accumulate debris. If there is any lingering baking soda after wiping the pan, you can rinse it off with water.
4. Use ammonia and steel wool. Put the microwave safe baking pan in the bag and add half a cup of ammonia. Take a plastic bag large enough to hold the coated baking tray. Pour half a cup of ammonia into the bag. Seal the bag completely and leave the pot outside for one day.
Ammonia takes about a day to break down the crumbs on the baking sheet. Place the paper somewhere outside, such as a porch or balcony, where it is exposed to sunlight. This helps ammonia break down grease and stains on the oil pan. Ammonia is toxic, so keep the pot out of the reach of animals and children.
5. Scrub the pot with steel wool. After a day, take out the pot from the bag. This should remove any accumulated dirt, debris and grease. Rinse the pan thoroughly. Before using the pot again, it is very important to rinse the ammonia completely. Rinse the pot under running water or with a clean damp cloth. Before using it again, make sure to remove all remaining traces of ammonia from the pot.
