1. Heat the sauce separately

2. Make pasta and transfer the cooked pasta to the sauce

But the most practical thing is to quickly drain the pasta directly through steel cookware or fine mesh stainless steel cookware.

 

3. Add the pasta water and add fat

When you put the pasta in the sauce on the thick stainless steel pan, you need to add the pasta water immediately. This is a crucial step. Because this step helps to dilute the sauce to a suitable consistency, it also adheres to the pasta better on the stainless cookware set. What is a small amount of fat? For example, extra virgin olive oil or butter, whether pasta is well done or not is also a major factor that depends on fat. If you don't add fat, the sauce will be very thin, otherwise, the sauce will be very thick.

4. Fast cooking

When you put the cooked spaghetti, hot sauce, spaghetti water and excess fat in the stainless steel stew pot, you can start preparing to stew. You can evaporate the excess water when you stew, and you need to stir it while you stew to help the fat and the sauce mix on the cheap stainless steel pots. 5. Decorate as needed

In the penultimate step, you need to transfer the cooked pasta with sauce to a warm bowl or separate plate, and then make a simple decoration. Whether it is vanilla or black pepper, or a small piece of broccoli, it can be a decorative food. I usually put some olive oil on it, and the premise of the decoration is to keep the pasta warm in the nutrition stainless steel pan.

 

6. Serve immediately

After you put the decorations on the plate and put it on the table, please remember, don't wait, enjoy your pasta as soon as possible, because the pasta will gradually cool down and make the taste very hard.
